1. 14-Day Return Guarantee

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return Sanell Focus System for a full refund. No questions asked. This right applies to all consumers in the United States and complies with Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) applicable to food supplements.

2. Return Conditions

Product Condition: The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Opened, used, or damaged products may not be eligible for return.

Timing: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Requests received after this window may be declined.

Packaging: Original packaging and documentation should accompany the return for verification purposes.

3. How to Request a Return

Step 2: We will issue a prepaid return shipping label via email. Shipping costs are covered by us.

Step 3: Pack your unopened product securely and include the return label. Drop it off at any shipping location.

4. Refund Timeline

After we receive your returned product:

• 1-2 days: We verify receipt and inspect the product
• 3-5 days: We process your refund
• 5-10 days: Your bank or payment provider processes the refund to your account

Processing times are estimates and may vary based on your financial institution.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or partially used products
• Products damaged by mishandling or improper storage
• Products without original packaging
• Orders returned more than 14 days after delivery

6. Cancellation Before Shipping

If your Sanell Focus System arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
